 About Alice . . . Alice Andersen has been designing books since 2008, a natural progression from her prior experience designing the look and feel of computer-based tutorials and associated advertising. Her self-publishing experience is extensive. Since 1991, she and John Stewart Socha have been self-publishing tutorials for digital cameras and computer beginners, in CD and audiobook format. These how-to guides have received praise in the Associated Press, Entrepreneur, Wired, and the New York Times. Socha and Andersen have recently self-published yet another tutorial, How to Use the Digital Camera You Just Bought!
